6.5 Years
Structural Warranty
Every Serenity Pools build is covered by Victoria's 6.5-year statutory structural warranty, covering the concrete pool shell against structural defects. This is legislated protection — you get it automatically when you build with a VBA-registered builder.

- Concrete shell structural integrity
- Load-bearing elements and engineering
- Waterproofing failures
- Major movement or settlement defects
2 Years
Workmanship Guarantee
On top of the statutory structural warranty, we stand behind our workmanship for 2 years on everything we install — finishes, plumbing, electrical, lighting, coping. If we installed it and it fails under normal use, we fix it.

- Interior finish application (plaster/pebblecrete/tile)
- Waterline tile installation
- Coping tile install
- Plumbing rough-in and fittings
- Electrical install and lighting
3–7 Years
Equipment Warranty
All major equipment installed in your pool — pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters — carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically 3–7 years. We supply warranty documentation on handover and help register products with manufacturers.
What's covered
- Pentair INTELLIFLO (Serenity Smart): 3-year warranty
- Filtration systems: 2–3 years typical
- Saltwater chlorinators: 3–5 years
- Heat pumps & heaters: 3–5 years
- LED lighting: 3 years (fittings) + driver warranty
Certified
Compliance Certificate
Every build is handed over with a Form 23 Compliance Certificate — the VBA-required document confirming your pool meets the Building Code of Australia, AS1926 barrier standards, and Victorian pool safety regulations. You're compliant from day one.

- AS1926 barrier compliance confirmation
- Form 23 Building Compliance Certificate
- Council registration completion
- First 4-year inspection cycle scheduled
