If Serenity Pools built it, we have every spec, every system, every warranty record. If we didn't, we do a full commissioning inspection on our first visit so we're working from facts, not guesswork.

Most pool repair bills come from small issues left untreated — a valve leaking, a seal wearing, water chemistry drifting. Regular scheduled servicing catches everything early, when it's cheap to fix.

How often do you visit?+
Flexible plans — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Most residential clients go fortnightly as a baseline, weekly during summer. We'll recommend a frequency based on your pool, usage, and climate.
What's included in a standard maintenance visit?+
Water testing and chemical balancing, skimmer and hair-pot cleaning, filter backwash or clean (as required), equipment performance check, floor and wall brush/vacuum (where appropriate), and a written service log for your records.
Do I have to be home for the visit?+
No — we arrange access and keys as needed. Most clients never see us; they just come home to a sparkling pool.
